Our founder, Özlem Apaydın, has held senior leadership roles in Turkey’s leading healthcare institutions and has led major projects in Azerbaijan, the United States and Europe in the areas of healthcare system development, operational setup, market expansion and international patient management. Serving as a Director within large-scale public healthcare structures such as USHAŞ and Turkey’s City Hospitals, she contributed to operational design and system implementation, delivering strategic value to the nation’s medical tourism initiatives.
